Profica Creator (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the web application at https://www.proficacreator.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our Service.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address — collected when you sign in to the Service using our magic-link authentication flow.
• Creator profile data — information you enter into your creator profile, such as your niche, tone, audience description, and other preferences you choose to provide.
• Content and ideas — content ideas, captions, hooks, and other material you generate or save within the Service.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic authentication metadata managed by our infrastructure provider (Supabase), such as session tokens and sign-in timestamps.

Information from third-party platforms (if enabled in future):

If and when third-party account integrations — such as TikTok account connection — are introduced, we may receive limited data from those platforms with your explicit consent (for example, account identifiers needed to connect your account). Any such data will be used only to provide the integration features you request and in accordance with the relevant platform’s developer policies. We will update this policy before enabling any such features.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• Personalise content idea generation based on your creator profile.
• Save and display your content ideas and saved drafts.
• Maintain and improve the performance and reliability of the Service.
• Respond to your requests or support enquiries.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve advertising on behalf of third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• Supabase— provides our authentication, database, and backend infrastructure. Your account data and creator profile are stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

If additional third-party services are integrated in future (for example, AI model providers or platform APIs), we will update this section accordingly.

We retain your account information and creator profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Authentication is handled through Supabase’s secure infrastructure using tokenised magic-link sign-in. Where third-party account tokens are used in future, they will be stored server-side only and never exposed to the client.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
