By accessing or using Profica Creator at https://www.proficacreator.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Profica Creator. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not directed to or intended for use by minors.

Profica Creator is a web application that helps content creators build a personalised creator profile and generate content ideas, including caption drafts, hook suggestions, and hashtag ideas, to support their short-form video workflows.

Features relating to third-party platform account connection (such as TikTok) and content scheduling or publishing are planned or may be introduced as the Service evolves. These features are not currently active. Where they are made available, additional terms or notices may apply.

Access to the Service requires you to create an account using an email address via a magic-link sign-in flow powered by Supabase authentication infrastructure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract content or data from the Service without our prior written consent.

All content, branding, software, and materials comprising the Service — excluding content you create or input — are the property of Profica Creator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By submitting content (such as your creator profile details or content ideas), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to access and use the Service as described here.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Supabase for authentication and data storage. Use of those services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

If third-party platform integrations (such as TikTok account connection) are introduced in future, data received from those platforms will be used only to provide the functionality you explicitly request, and in accordance with the applicable platform’s developer policies. Any such integration will be described in updated documentation at the time of its introduction.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
